We accept payments via cash, check, zelle or venmo. 

The cleaner will arrive at your home with your own cleaning products and equipment.

We love pets but for your animal’s safety, it is recommended that they do not roam around while the team is performing the service.

Call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area, free of charge.

You have the option to grant us convenient access to your home on your scheduled service day. Many customers choose to provide us with a key, while others opt for leaving a key in a secure location or sharing garage and/or alarm system codes. If you decide to give us a key, rest assured that it will be securely stored in a locked key storage device accessible only to our managers. On the day of your cleaning, the key is assigned to the team leader, who returns it at the end of the day. Management then places it back into the secured container.

 To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, and animal waste before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost. Please put away any important documents and valuables. No worries though, we’re ready to tackle messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.

Deep Cleaning Package is the most thorough cleaning service. The most significant difference between the Deep Cleaning Package and our other cleaning packages is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning what we refer to as your vertical surfaces. Vertical surfaces include baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, exterior cabinets/drawers, light fixtures, and doors.
